Kohl / Surma (سرمہ) is an ancient eye cosmetic, traditionally made by grinding stibnite for similar purposes to charcoal used in mascara. It is widely used in South Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, the Horn of Africa, and parts of West Africa as eyeliner to contour and/or darken the eyelids and as mascara for the eyelashes. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,499. Free delivery is available nationwide on orders of Rs. 3,499 and above.

You may order multiple products in one order with the same flat shipping rate. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, email us at info@pansaar.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are covered by Pansaar only if the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds & Exchanges

Products with quality issues or damaged seals are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Custom or personalized remedies are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3–4 weeks after approval and receipt of returned items. Refunds are transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.

Order Cancellations
