Shipping within Pakistan
We deliver to courier-served areas across Pakistan. International shipping is not currently available.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of PKR 4,999 or more.
- PKR 300 standard delivery on orders below PKR 4,999.
An order of exactly PKR 4,999 qualifies for free delivery. Your applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout. Ordering several products together does not change the flat standard rate.
Delivery estimates
Allow approximately 4–5 business days for major cities and 5–8 business days for remote areas. Sundays and national holidays are not business days. These are estimates; courier coverage, peak periods and public holidays may affect delivery.
Tracking and courier coverage
After dispatch, we provide shipment tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active. If a courier cannot deliver to your area, our logistics partner will contact you about a nearby pickup point.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your parcel is damaged, lost or contains an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and any available photos. Pansaar covers a refund or replacement for confirmed shipping damage, loss or an error on our part. Please report delivery problems promptly so we can investigate with the courier.
