Jatamansi / Balchar (بالچھڑ) is also known as Nardostachys Jatamansi, is a famous Ayurvedic herb used in neuro-psychiatric diseases and skin diseases. The roots are main medicinal part, which contains aromatic compounds responsible for its therapeutic effect in mood and stress disorders. It is used in the treatment of mood and stress disorders including mental fatigue, tension, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Jatamansi also acts on liver and digestive system. It increases appetite, decreases bloating, reduces abdominal pain and intestinal inflammation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,499. Free delivery is available nationwide on orders of Rs. 3,499 and above.

You may order multiple products in one order with the same flat shipping rate. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, email us at info@pansaar.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are covered by Pansaar only if the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds & Exchanges

Products with quality issues or damaged seals are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Custom or personalized remedies are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3–4 weeks after approval and receipt of returned items. Refunds are transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and dispatched. Cancellation requests must be made immediately after order confirmation.
