Domestic Shipping
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days in major cities and 5–8 business days in smaller towns. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
During high order volumes, deliveries may take longer. In case of significant delays, you will be informed via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,499. Free delivery is available nationwide on orders of Rs. 3,499 and above.
You may order multiple products in one order with the same flat shipping rate. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or special occasions.
Self-Pickup (Non-Service Areas)
Some areas are not covered by courier services. In such cases, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a nearby pickup point.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details become active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Pansaar takes full responsibility for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team for a full refund or free replacement.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and refunds are available under the conditions below.
Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, email us at info@pansaar.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are covered by Pansaar only if the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds & Exchanges
Products with quality issues or damaged seals are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Custom or personalized remedies are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 3–4 weeks after approval and receipt of returned items. Refunds are transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and dispatched. Cancellation requests must be made immediately after order confirmation.
