Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days in major cities across Pakistan. Small towns will take 5 -8 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or National holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We have a flat shipping rate of Rs.200 per order if your order value is below Rs.2500. Delivery is Free in all Cities of Pakistan for Orders above Rs.2500.
You may order as many products as you may like in one order with the same flat shipping rate.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occur on Occasions.
Self-Pickup for Non-Service Areas
Pansaar uses third party logistic partners and they have defined some non-service areas in which home delivery service is not available. You shall be contacted by the representative of our logistic partners and will decide a center point for order pickup.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Pansaar takes complete ownership for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer support to file a claim and you shall receive a Full Refund or Free Replacement.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Pakistan.
Return Policy
At Pansaar, we deliver quality products which can benefit your health and beauty, we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, for any reason, we will offer a full refund.
Returns
Once your order is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us at info@pansaar.com. We require a receipt or your order number of purchases to accompany your return.
All returned items should be sent to us at if requested by our support representative.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You must have original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
In case of an exchange you are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item.
Refunds and Exchanges
All the products you receive which has quality issues or packaging or seals were broken are valid for a refund or exchange.
The custom and personalized remedies that are made upon your request will not be refunded, as they are made just for you.
You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks (business days) once your product is returned (if requested by our representative), however, we make sure that our customers do not suffer from delayed services and try making it at our earliest.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days). The refunded amount will be deposited/transferred to your given bank account.
General
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
Order Cancellations
Once our representative confirms your order with the amount over a phone call, or confirmed by customer using self-verification service and that order has been dispatched from our end, it will not be returned or cancelled. If the customer tends to cancel the order, they should inform once the confirmation is done.
How to Return or File a Refund
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 24 hours of delivery.
