Acacia, Babul, Arabica/Chaal Kikar (چھال کیکر) is a shrub-like tree that has sharp thorns and can grow up to 15 feet tall. Its scientific name is Acacia Karoo. They can flourish in dry and arid regions. The bark and leaves of tree contain tannin and galic acid, which gives it a bitter taste.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,499. Free delivery is available nationwide on orders of Rs. 3,499 and above.

You may order multiple products in one order with the same flat shipping rate. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, email us at info@pansaar.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are covered by Pansaar only if the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds & Exchanges

Products with quality issues or damaged seals are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Custom or personalized remedies are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3–4 weeks after approval and receipt of returned items. Refunds are transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and dispatched. Cancellation requests must be made immediately after order confirmation.
